Update on yesterday's post on New TV shows. Watched "Detroit 1-8-7" and was totally pwoned. That show rocks so much I expect it to be canceled immediately (quality TV just doesn't stay on the air anymore). "The Whole Truth" & "The Defenders" are both good but again, will likely not last. At one point last night the cat trotted into the living room with something large in his mouth. He quickly turned around and trotted back out but I suspected that he was actually carrying a mouse. Hey everyone! I had intended to post yesterday but I was really feeling ill. I was woozy, tired and achy most all of the day. Partly because I didn't sleep well the night before. It took me just going down to the office and pushing them to find out my schedule but I did and now I'm working. The office is interesting. Update time again. The week's been busy all around. Monday's art auction went very well. We had a HUGE turnout (about double what it was last year). I stayed at home Tuesday and Wednesday mainly because I think I'm finally on the mend and I didn't want to relapse ( Read more... )

Well, here's what's going on. We trudged through rain this morning and hit the Honda & Nissan lots to do some preliminary shopping for cars. While there was absolutely nothing on the Honda lot that worked (the Fit had the worst leg room of anything yet), the Nissan Versa is a strong contender. Well, we had to give the rental car back this afternoon. That means we're a one-car family for a while. What sucks even more is that as of today, beldar is working nights (around 3-12) so I'm stuck at home each evening with no transportation.
